Electroelastic Coupled-Wave Scattering and Dynamic Stress Concentration of Triangular Defect Piezoceramics

In this paper, a method to calculate the dynamic stress concentration around triangular defect of piezoelectric material under electroelastic coupling is studied and applied promising barium calcium zirconate titanate. Firstly, governing equation decomposed by decoupling technique, analytical solutions elastic wave field electric are obtained function expansion method. Then, conformal transformation used simplify triangle boundary into circular boundary, corresponding modal coefficients determined according simplified conditions. Finally, solution factor can be constitutive equation. Substitute relevant parameters (Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Zr0.1Ti0.9)O3 set different temperatures, Ce doping amount, incident number for numerical simulation. The results show that number, properties, shape deflection angle have great influence on defect, some meaningful laws summarized through analysis.
